Join the More Movement for the Elderly by participating in the next activity a Dance Yoga at the University of St. Martin on Wednesday, July 5 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and is a collaboration of USM/SCELL and NIA. The second More Movement for seniors this week is on Saturday, July 08 at the St. Martin’s Home (St. John’s Estate) from 10.30AM to 12.00PM.
