The Philipsburg Jubilee Library would like to inform the general public that the parking lot of the old library building will be closed for maintenance and general up-keeping. After the improvements have been finalized, the parking will become private parking with restricted access. Any unauthorized vehicle will be towed away. The library apologizes for any inconvenience.
