POND ISLAND:--- On Friday, November 20, SCELL, The St. Martin School of Continuing Education and Life-Long Learning, conducted a Coaching & Mentoring training course for Telem Group’s management team. The primary focus of the training was to enhance managers understanding of the importance of coaching and mentoring their work teams to ensure employees received the support needed to excel in their current or future professional roles at Telem Group.
Dr. Gittens stated: I am proud of the approach that Telem Group Management has taken with investing the time to educate their managers. They understand that Coaching and mentoring can provide an array of benefits for organizations of all sizes, both large and small. When conducted in an efficient and productive manner, coaching and mentoring provides employees a way to connect, learn and grow within the company and along their own career paths.”
Telem Managers were motivated by the training and stated:
