Caribbean Auto successfully completes FORD Parts & Service Training.

caribbeanautocompletesfordtraining05122012In view of Caribbean-Auto's ongoing efforts to improve quality of service and develop its network of brand specialists and automotive technicians, Caribbean-Auto's service department has successfully completed a comprehensive FORD Parts & Service Training, under the direction for FORD brand ambassador, Luis Lopez.

Caribbean- Auto hosted the 4-Day training which started on Monday, December 3rd. In addition to the Caribbean Auto service team, three (3) guest automotive service technicians from around the Caribbean (Grenada, St. Lucia and Haiti) also participated in the FORD parts and service workshop.

Trainings consisted of theoretical sessions and practical training drills on the FORD Ranger vehicle line. The trainings allowed service personnel to hone their vehicle service capabilities and has given the service department members and opportunity to exercise skills learned in the classroom.
