PHILIPSBURG:--- The Central Committee meeting with Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunications Hon. Romeo Pantophlet, has been rescheduled from December 13 to the 14.
The rescheduling is in connection with the funeral of a family member from the parliamentary secretariat staff.
The Central Committee session with Minister Pantophlet is now scheduled for Friday morning at 10:00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda point for the meeting is information from Minister Pantophlet on the dismissal of two Supervisory Board members of the Harbour Holding Group of Companies.
Another agenda point has been added and it relates to the advice of the Committee of Kingdom Affairs and Inter-parliamentary Relations concerning the Decision regarding the Association of Overseas Countries and Territories of European member countries.
This meeting has been requested by the United Peoples (UP) party faction.
