GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Minister of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, and Sports Hon. Silveria Jacobs on Tuesday evening was one of 20 graduates who graduated from the School Managers NaCSi Educational Management Course which was conducted from January 2011 to October 2012.
The course was coordinated by the Division for Educational Innovations and funded by USONA. Several instructors from St. Maarten and abroad were charged with the preparation of the educators to attain the high levels of passage which were achieved.
During the ceremony Acting Secretary General Quincy Harrigan spoke on behalf of the Minister.
