Philipsburg:--- The police and prosecutor's office remain tight-lipped about the investigation they are conducting regarding a Jamaican national whom it is said disappeared on the night of December 22nd, 2012. The woman has been identified as Annmarie Lynch (41) was reported missing just recently. The woman is also an employee of Pineapple Pete's Restaurant. Chief Prosecutor Hans Mos said that the police are still on the lookout for the missing woman and so far no one has been arrested. However, SMN News learnt that the police are concerned as to why the family and concerned friends took this long to file an official report with the police. Several persons including friends of the woman conducted a search this past Friday and they found no trace of the missing woman. Indications are that the woman was picked up from work by her boyfriend but so far police only spoke to him once to gather information as to the whereabouts of the missing woman.
