Sandy Ground:--- Traffic backed up on both sides of Sandy Ground Bridge Thursday afternoon when a boat that was going through the bridge struck it and caused some damages to the bridge. Vehicle owners lined up on both sides of the bridge waiting patiently for the workmen and operators of the bridge to fix the damage so that the bridge could be brought down for repairs. Up to press time, no information on the status of the bridge was made available.
