Philipsburg:--- On Saturday April 6th at approximately 1:00pm, a man with initials N.F. (26) born in Haiti was arrested suspected of ill-treatment with a weapon, threats, and possession of an illegal fire-arm. During a search of his home, a 9 millimeter Mini Glock was found and confiscated. The suspect was turned over to the Detective Department and remains in custody for further investigation.
