St. Peters:--- On Friday April 12th at approximately 12:30am, a police patrol was directed to the L.B. Scot road at the entrance of Sint Peters road to meet the witness of a threat and kidnapping case. On the scene, the witness explained the investigating officers that she and a friend of hers with the initials M.P. were standing at the bus stop when suddenly a white Toyota Yaris pulled up next to them. She further explained that the ex-boyfriend of her friend with the initials A.M.D. jumped out of the car with a knife in his hand. He grabbed M.P., put the knife to her throat and forced her into the car and drove off in the direction of South Reward. After about an hour of searching the vehicle was located at a home in the Sint Peters area. The suspect and the victim were located sitting in the car. The suspect with the initials A.M.D. from Sint Maarten, was arrested on the spot and taken into custody. The weapon and vehicle used in this case were confiscated for further investigation. This case is under investigation by the Detective Department.
