Urgent Plenary Session of Parliament scheduled for Monday.

PHILIPSBURG:--- An urgent Plenary session of Parliament is scheduled for November 04 regarding the issue of integrity.

The public plenary session is set for Monday at 10:00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The first agenda point is incoming documents; followed by the decision of Government to establish a committee to conduct an investigation on integrity within the Government of Sint Maarten.

The Prime Minister/Minister of General Affairs has been invited to Parliament with respect to the aforementioned agenda point.

This meeting was requested by the National Alliance (NA) faction in parliament, namely Member of Parliament Hon. William Marlin, MP Hon. Dr. Lloyd Richardson, and MP Hon. Hyacinth Richardson.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com, and also via www.sxmparliament.org.
