GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- The Honorable Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Affairs Patricia Lourens – Philip took part in a conference on Special Needs Education and the way forward for the country. The presenters were the psychologist from St. John's University, New York Graduate School of Psychology who have been testing and evaluating Sint Maarten students for deficits and giftedness since February 2013. The group is led by Dr. Mark Terjesen.
