Lugisse congratulates FSU Team the Seminoles who defeated Miami 41-14.

(TLH-SXMF) said on Sunday a hearty congratulation goes out to the Florida State University (FSU) team the Seminoles, who defeated Miami 41-14 in Tallahassee Saturday night to a capacity crowd, coming from TLH-SXMF and all the St. Maarten students that went to FSU IN Tallahassee.

Florida State entered the game as 21-point favourites. The Seminoles also scored over 40 points for the eighth consecutive game.

FSU junior running back Devonta Freeman produced much of the Seminoles' good fortune. Freeman, a Miami native, scored three touchdowns, two rushing and one reception. Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston overcame two interceptions to complete 21 of 29 passes for 325 yards and one passing touchdown.

Roberto Aguayo kept his perfect field goal attempts and extra points record for the Seminoles as he converted two field goals in the fourth quarter.

Miami attempted to close the gap after converting on its second touchdown of the night after Winston threw his second pick. He's collected six interceptions during the 2013-14 season.

Miami quarterback Stephen Morris entered the game nursing an Achilles injury, but the team was crippled with injuries after it lost leading rusher Duke Johnson with 1:22 left in the third quarter. Miami defensive lineman Olson Pierre limped off the field on the following play.

Florida State's Terrance Brooks also left the game early when he was treated for a concussion.

The Seminoles jumped to an early lead in the third quarter with two rushing touchdowns from Freeman and James Wilder Jr. in the third quarter and never looked back. Florida State collected 517 total offensive yards to Miami's 275.ending in a victory for the capital city of Florida.
