PHILIPSBURG:--- On Wednesday November 13, 2013, the National Institute of Arts will be closed.
We invite all parents and students to the Festival Village to see the performance for the King and the Queen featuring students from NIA, Charlotte Brookson Academy for the Performance Arts and Art Saves Lives.
Audience encouraged to get there at 6:00 pm, gates close at 7:00 pm after the arrival of the Royal Couple. Free admission!
