PHILIPSBURG:--- The 8th annual Crystal Pineapple Awards Gala Event is sold out with the exception of just a few tickets. The event which will be held on November 22nd, 2013 at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino, recognizes excellence in service and outstanding performance at the various levels and throughout the different sectors of the Tourism & Trade industry.
The Organizing Committee has been successful in attracting a host of high profile sponsors such as Interval International who is the main sponsor for this event and the Discover Card. The venue is being decorated by the premier event planning and décor company on St. Maarten. "We are thrilled that Artemia will be creating our vision for 'Sustainable Tourism' this year. We are convinced that they will do a wonderful job as they always have," said the Organizing Committee.
A sumptuous buffet will be available for all attendees. Chef Iwan Pennings of the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino is looking forward to wow-ing the guests with culinary treats. There will be a silent auction and a raffle, each with exciting prizes. There will even be a surprise for each of the attendees of the spectacular gala event, courtesy of our sponsors. Opportunities will be available for the guests to have their picture taken as a memorable souvenier of the event. The evening will end with the very popular Control Band so guests can dance the night away. This event promises to be one to remember!
