GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Minister Plenipotentiary Hon. Mathias Voges and Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary Hon. Josianne Fleming-Artsen both welcomed St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce & Industry Director Claret Connor and Hubert Pantophlet, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry, who visited the Sint Maarten House in The Hague, the Netherlands on Tuesday.
The working visit of the Chamber representatives was to establish a relationship with the Sint Maarten House as an intermediary for business opportunities and transactions between the countries of the Netherlands and Sint Maarten.
As a first symbolic gesture, a Memorandum of Agreement between the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Sint Maarten and entrepreneurs of the Netherlands will be signed at the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary on Friday.
