PHILIPSBURG:--- President of Parliament Hon. Gracita Arrindell who is currently on a working visit to the Netherlands met with Vice President of the Council of State Hon. Piet Hein Donner on Tuesday.
A number of issues were discussed including the development of Sint Maarten's constitutional government structures after three-years of country status.
President Arrindell left the island on Sunday and arrived in the Netherlands on Monday.
