PHILIPSBURG:--- The Special Robbery Unit, after a prolonged investigation, has arrested a suspect in the robbery of the owners of the L'Escargot Restaurant, which took place on October 26th 2012. The 26 year old man with initials F.L. has been incarcerated for further investigation.
