UVI in collaboration with USM to host an information session on the Masters in Education program.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The University of St. Martin (USM) continues to foster its growing relationship with the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI), as they take steps to jointly provide a Masters in Education course for the educators of St. Maarten.
USM is pleased to welcome Dr. Linda Thomas, Dean of the School of Education of the UVI to our shores on May 31st for a two day working visit with USM's Dean, Registrar, Project leader and Managers of the Division of Education. This working visit will involve discussions and information sharing regarding the Masters of Education (M.Ed.) program as well as a review of the new Teachers Education Program (TEP) that is scheduled to commence in the Fall semester of 2015 at USM.
Dr Thomas will make a presentation on Monday June 1st at 5.00pm in the USM Lecture hall (room 202, all persons interested in the M.Ed. program are welcomed to attend this information session.
Matters related to course outline, application process, eligibility, costs, etc... will be discussed.
Dr. Guadeloupe, Dr. Thomas and the Project Leader TEP will host a press briefing in regards to the M.Ed. program Monday June 1st, 2015 at 12:30 in USM conference room.
