PHILIPSBURG:---- The St. Martin Believers’ Connection Convention (SMBCC) Committee will host an Info Session and Appreciation Award Ceremony for leaders of the clergy on Friday November 6, 2015 at the Rupert Maynard Centre in St. Peters from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
The event is being hosted as the SMBCC gets ready to launch its 10th anniversary celebrations in April 2016.
The Committee plans to treat spiritual leaders to a sumptuous dinner, with fellowship and an interactive session to discuss possible improvements to the annual Convention that is fast becoming a faith-based tourism activity attracting more than 100 visitors to the island.
The St. Martin Believers Connection Convention (SMBCC) is an annual event that is usually held during the month of April to bring together faith based organizations on the island and connect them with other likeminded people regionally and globally.
Now in its 10th year, the SMBCC has become an established and much anticipated event that meets the needs of the total man; psychological/emotional, spiritual and physical through workshops, conferences and entertainment activities.
The SMBCC falls under the umbrella organization; the St. Martin United Ministerial Foundation (SMUMF)
