Marigot:---- Several dignitaries from the Dutch side including Governor Eugene Holiday, Chairlady of Parliament Sarah Wescot Williams, outgoing Prime Minister Marcel Gumbs and other members of the outgoing Council of Ministers join the 
French side elected officials and Prefet Deleguee Anne Laubies to place flowers and light red, white and blue candles at the Memorial Wall in the garden of the Collectivity honoring those persons that were killed Friday during the terror attacks in Paris. The event held on Monday by Government officials were open to the general public. A moment of silence was also held as the elected and those that attended the short ceremony paid homage to those that lost their lives Friday night.
On Sunday a similar event was held at Marina Royale, which was organized by the group of people that got together and is calling for peace.
