PHILIPSBURG:-- During customer appreciation week, Mrs. Morena Ignacio receives a painting of Mr. Roberto Arrindell as a token of appreciation, for her work as a volunteer by decorating the Philipsburg Jubilee Library for Sint Maarten’s Heritage Week.
