French Quarter:--- A Spanish driver lost control of this brand new car yesterday on the Belle Plaine Road. The driver who was speeding along the French Quarter main road RN7 landed over in an open field. Eyewitnesses said the driver got out of the vehicle that is a total loss and grabbed his cellular phone before collapsing to the ground. He was taken the Louis Constant Fleming Hospital by ambulance.
