Hereby the Petitioners inform Your Honorable members of the Dutch Judiciary, Government and Non- Government organizations, institutions and the press, guardians of the Rule of Law and fundamental human rights as follows:

Statement of the Facts

Facts

The First Petitioner (Evmolpia Private Foundation) is registered and functioning in Sint Maarten (Annex 1). Before 10.10.2010 Sint Maarten was part of the Netherlands Antilles. With effect from 10 October 2010, the Netherlands Antilles ceased to exist as a part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. From that date onwards, the Kingdom consists of four parts: The Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten.

The Second Petitioner (Yordan S. Busarov) is a Bulgarian citizen, living and working in Sint Maarten (since the year 2000) (Annex 2). Both Petitioners are referred below as The Petitioners.

Since April 27,2012 the Petitioners are under illegal house-arrest, which is aiming to cover up criminal activities within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Annex 3)! I quote:

DECISION

Suspends the order of remand in custody ordered against Yordan Stoilov Busarov pursuant to article 85 Fb effective Friday April 27th 2012, 12:00 hours.

Thereby sets the following conditions:

that the suspect complies with the provisions in article 86 Fb, namely that he may not leave his residence without permission of the examining judge;

On Nov 25,2011 The Applicants filed Complaint to the Office of Her Majesty Queen Beatrix (Kabinet der Koningin) against the President of the Supervisory board Mrs. L.Hoefdraad and Vice President of the Joint Court of Justice Judge Mr. R.W.J. van Veen, and requested investigation. On December 13, 2011 (on behalf of The Director of The Queen's Office) Mw.mr.M.Beuker forwarded the Complaint to the Govenor of Sint Maarten. On Feb 13,2012.the Director of the Cabinet of the Governor of Sint Maarten Mr. Rob(J.H.) Bats forwarded the Complaint (Annex 11) to the President of the Board the Joint Court of Justice, as required by Rijksbesluit rechtspositie Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Artikel 53(1).

Since Feb 13,2012 (for over one year) Het bestuur van het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten en van Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba (Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie) refuse to investigate the Complaints (Kenmerk: NO 12 – 13/SvdO/lg en Kenmerk: REK 11.002323) against the improper behavior of De President van het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Mrs. Lisbeth Hoefdraad en the Vice-President Mr. R.W.J.Van Veen in breach of Rijksbesluit rechtspositie Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Artikel 53 (2,3 en 4), Artikel 54, Artikel 55, Artikel 56, Artickel57, Artikel 58, Artikel 59, Artikel 60, Artikel 61, Artikel 62, Artikel 63 en Artikel 64!

Since March.30.2011 the Petitioners informed numerous times (on March.30.2011, April.18.2011, October. 07. 2011, on Feb.06.2012 March.05.2012 and June.04.2012...etc) the Attorney-General's Office of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands of the improper behavior of the President of the Court Judge Mrs. L.Hoefdraad and the Vice-President Judge Mr.R.W.J. van Veen, and requested investigation, as required by Wet op de rechterlijke organisatie (Wet RO) Artikel 13 a! Since March.30.2012 - up to date – March.18.2013. the Complaints are disregarded/not handled in breach of Wet op de rechterlijke organisatie Artikel 13 b, Artikel 13 c, Artikel 13 d, Artikel 13 e, Artikel 13 f, Artikel g, and Artikel 13 h Wet RO)!

According to the knowledge of the Petitioners, effective August.2013 (this year) the Vice-President of Judge Mr.R.W.J. van Veen will be no-longer part of Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie!

On Martch.15.2013 the Minister of Justice Mr. Nelson Navarro (Curacao) informed the publicity that, effective August.2013 (this year) the President of Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Judge Mrs. L.Hoefdraad will retire (Annex 4 or Please go to http://www.kkcuracao.com/?p=23743

It is a fact that the Dutch Judges are appointed for life, until they retire at their own request or at the age of 70! Rijksbesluit rechtspositie Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Artikel 19 lid 5 clear state:

In fact the Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau (Annex 5 or please go to http://www.aboutwomenconference.com/engels/lisbethoefdraad.htm ) and President of the Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Judge Mrs. L.Hoefdraad (1951) will retire at age 61 (or 62-unknown) and will not/refuse to have the privilege of (after reaching the age of sixty-eight years) a weekly half Friday and (after reaching the age of sixty-nine years) on a leave on whole Friday leave with salary.

The opinion of the Petitioners is that the following questions should be asked:

Is it the ill treatment, illegal punishments, acts of arbitrariness, acts of direct coercion, flagrant acts of intimidation and severe destruction of the fundamental human rights against/of the Petitioners the only way to protect the image and the trust in the Dutch Judiciary?
Why the Member of the Constitutional Court of Sint Maarten, Vice-President of the Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie and Member of the bestuur van het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie (Rijkswet Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Artikel 40 lid 1) Honorable Justice Judge Mr. Jan de Boer is "blind and deaf" for the severe destruction of the Rule of Law?
Why the Honorable Governor of Sint Maarten Mr. Eugene Bernard Holiday refuse to assure (for over a year- since Feb.13.2012) the implementation of the Kingdom Laws (Rijksbesluit rechtspositie Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie Artikel 53 (2,3 en 4), Artikel 54, Artikel 55, Artikel 56, Artickel57, Artikel 58, Artikel 59, Artikel 60, Artikel 61, Artikel 62, Artikel 63 en Artikel 64 )?
What will be the next illegal punishment against the Petitioners (for requesting Proper Administration of Justice, speaking the truth and ask questions)-Death Penalty?
How all and above can be possible within the Jurisdiction of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (one of the founding members of the Council of Europe)?
...etc?

Should be also noted the fact that, in the past fifty years, the Supreme Court of the Netherlands has rarely suspended a judge and has dismissed a judge only twice...etc (Please go to http://www.rechtspraak.nl/Organisatie/Hoge-Raad/Supreme-court/The-Procurator-General-of-the-Supreme-Court/Pages/Disciplinary-measures-and-complaints-against-judges.aspx

The Petitioners will continue to inform the publicity (if alive) of the further communications (and/or illegal punishments) with/from the Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie!

Respectfully,

Y. Busarov(Second Petitioner).
On his behalf and on behalf of Evmolia PF (First Petitioner),
Place: Sint Maarten.
Date: March 18,2013.

Can you possibly rewrite all that in honest plain common English please, (Not in legal-ese jargon-isms) it would clear up a lot (all) of the mystery as to what the heck this is all about. Otherwise you are running the risk of this sounding like a load of rubbish.

The ex-managing director of my company attached mortgage of USD 1 670 000.00(one million six hundred and seventy thousand US Dollars)! My company does not have and never had a bank account!
The Judge Mr. Rene van Veen ordered my lifetime house-arrest, aiming to legalize false documents and help criminals to usurp my property! Judge Mr. Rene van Veen share bank account(s) with the attorney (Mr.Rik Bergman) of the criminals in question http://www.notarysps.com/Lawtrai%20.htm . For over a year I informed every possible institution in the Netherlands and requested investigation of the President (Mrs.L.Hoefdraad) and Vice-President(Mr.Rene van Veen)! Judges are appointed by Royal Decree for life. They are dismissed by Royal Decree at their own request or when reaching the age of 70 years. The President (and the Knight in the Order of Orange-Na**au) Mrs. L.Hoefdraad retire at 61, August this year. From August this year Judge Rene van Veen will not be Judge in Sint Maarten! Judge Rene van Veen and judge Mrs.L.Hoefdraad abuse the power invested in them and help criminals to enrich themselves illegally! By Law they should be prosecuted as anybody else! Unfortunately when the (price is right - two million USDollars) the Law is violated from the Judges themselves! The Chief Prosecutor Mr. Hans Mos refuse to investigate! . From August this year he also will no-longer be prosecutor in St, Maarten! It does appear as ”clean-up”! For me personally can only be better (or the same in worst case scenario)! The time will show!

    p.s.
Members of the judiciary do not enjoy immunity from prosecution. They are subject to the ordinary rules of criminal law, but with one exception. To guarantee that the prosecution and trial of a judge are fair, there is a special statutory regulation for determining which court is competent to judge such a case. The aim is to ensure that judges are not tried in the court in which they serve...etc. please go to http://www.rechtspraak.nl/Organisatie/Hoge-Raad/Supreme-court/The-Procurator- General-of-the-Supreme-Court/Pages/Disciplinary-measures-and-complaints-against- judges.aspx

Dear Sir/Madame! Thank for your kind words! Everybody believe that is very expensive to start a Court Case! Wrong! The price for(Court Fees) Kort Geding or Bodemprocedure is USD 250.00(two hundred and fifty USDollars) and few Naf 10.00 stamps! You can by the English version of the Civil Code of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba(still applicable) for USD 180.00, please go to http://www.amazon.com/Civil-Netherlands-Antilles-Legislation-Translation/dp/ 9041117695 , You can by the Code of the Civil Procedure for USD 55.00 in Van Dorp St. Maarten! The Appeal Court Case cost is double for what you pay in the First Instance(USD 500.00)! If you speak Dutch is ten times easier! The official languages are Dutch, English and Papiamento! No one can forbid me to share my knowledge for free! Therefore if anyone need help, should contact me at jordan@caribserve.net!Rgds.Busarov!

    p.s.
For the last three years I did start numerous Court Cases and represent myself in Court! They cannot “crash” me and that is the reason for the lifetime house arrest! If they think they are “finish” with me, I am just starting! Anyone can do it! Only courage is needed!

@ Donkey Shit a.k.a Yordan Busarov

    1. What are the objectives the Evmolpia Private Foundation?
    2. Where is it registered, Bulgaria.....?
    3. What has it accomplished so far?
    4. Do you know the difference between a foundation and a company?
    5. If yes, what company are you referring to, when stating above: "My company does not have and never had a bank account!"
    6. Is this never having a bank account has to do with the fact that you too, as a Bulgarian resident, is and has been operating in Sint Maarten as a Skimmer? Your cousin GH was just arrested yesterday Skimng at the WIBank in Philipsburg, and he was not given house arrest.
    7. Do you know that there is a Mental Health Foundation in Cay Hill?
    8. Since you claim to be on a lifetime house arrest, have you considered calling them for a**istance, like a house-call?
    9. Why don't you simply leave Sint Maarten, and go back to Bulgaria? You are a resident there, and the corrupt judges you mentioned in your ramblings won't be able to hurt you any longer.
    10. Once in Bulgaria where the minimum wage is only 150 euros/monthly, you may cross the border into Romania, and from there go to Holland where there is a lot of work for fruits & vegetable pickers.

    Dear “Little SMartin”!
If you was attending school, you would be able to read, write and understand properly my statements and find answers in your questions in the “Open Letter” above! If they arrested my “cousin GH”, then you have over 120 (one hundred and twenty) cousins in Point Blanche Prison St. Maarten! I do find under my dignity to comment your (current or futures) disorientated statements/questions! Rgds. Busarov!
