Religious Freedom Threatened in Russia.

Dear Editor,

We, as Jehovah's Witnesses, are kindly requesting for you to publicize the situation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Russia, wherein Russia’s Ministry of Justice has filed a claim with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation seeking to have the Administrative Centre of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Russia labeled as an extremist organization and liquidated. The hearing is scheduled to be held on April 5, 2017.

We want to call your attention specifically to 3 items which are posted on the Newsroom of jw.org indicating that reputable international bodies consider the actions of the Russian authorities against Jehovah’s Witnesses to be unjustified:
