11 CXC Students Results affected negatively --- Examination Divisions conducting Investigation and Promised to Issue new examination slips.

PHILIPSBURG:--- Eleven of the over 600 students wo wrote the Caribbean Examinations for the year 2014-2015 have been affected negatively. A letter sent to the school managers by the head of the Head of the Examination Divisions Yvette Halley stated that scoring machine did not read correctly the answers that were printed lightly.
Halley explained to the school managers that they became aware of the situation after conducting their own in-house investigation after seeing some discrepancies and have made contact with their overseas partners to make the necessary corrections. The letter to the school managers further explained that the students that have been affected will be issued with new examination slips.
Upon further investigation SMN News learnt that of the over 600 students that wrote the examinations about 11 students were affected negatively and when the investigation is completed these students will receive new examination slips which will be to their benefit.
