PHILIPSBURG:---- The Chief Financial Officer Rene Gartner got a warning letter from the Supervisory Board because Gartner wrote a company in the United States of America claiming that he is representing the Supervisory Board of GEBE.
Reliable information reaching SMN News states that the Supervisory Board warned Gartner that he not authorized to speak or write on behalf of the Supervisory Board simply because he is not a member of the Supervisory Board.
On another note SOAB began conducting the operational and internal audit at GEBE, the members of the Supervisory Board provided SOAB with a number of points they believe have to be investigated.
