What must One do if One has no PC, and therefore know nothing about going online -the internet- in order to check if One's name is
    listed on this website?

Ask a friend or neighbor? Now, what if this friend or neighbor is in similar situation?

Go to the internet cafe? And then? One still doesn't know his/her way around and with a computer.

Or else what? You are going to deport them? Well you certainly didn't make any efforts to chase behind all the thousands of illigals from Santo, Jamaica or Guyana without any pa**ports and fake birth records

Hell no. After 18 year on the island one would expect them to have all the nessesary papers as all were given to them on the date that I registered. So civil cervants go in to your archieve and dig them ot in stead of being on the BB all day

They got to be crazy, how in hell's name are you going to get your b.c. in such a short time? Maybe 2012. The census offices of mentioned islands will be overwhelmed. This can never happen.
