WIB sincerely apologizes for the service interruption of Saturday, 7 September between 3 pm and 7 pm.
During the above-mentioned hours all payment systems, Bankomatiko/ATM and Online Banking services were interrupted and temporarily out of service.
Our Technicians immediately identified the cause and resolved the problem. All services were restored by 7 pm.
We once again apologize for this service interruption, and more importantly, we would like to assure our customers that we have taken all necessary preventive measures to avoid any future system interruptions.
