Land rich but money poor!.

ospplogo22062014PHILIPSBURG:--- OSPP- One program that will consequently coming forth out of our manifesto and that will be championed once elected into parliament is "Land rich but money poor"! This is another social-investment programs of the OSPP where the party wants to broader the perspective and possibilities of the people of St. Maarten. The OSPP is of the opinion that if a person is part of a succession which consists of a piece or pieces of land, that person should have under certain circumstances the possibility to be funded to get his piece(s) out of the succession. This will give this person(s) the opportunity to develop the land for instance for agriculture, infrastructural, business or residential purposes. Too often we see that personal and country development plans are being restrained because of succession issues amongst heirs or family members. But often are those who want change and development not always those who can finance the cost of legal procedures etc. By putting this program in place the OSPP believes that individuals and the community at large will be benefiting of these developments. St. Maarten Let's get Serious!
