To whom it may concern,
I am a resident that lives in Marianne's Estate in Cole Bay. Between the houses numbered 27, 50 and 32 there is a white house in the corner, where the owner owns two properties of a total of approximately 500 square meters. He has built many small apartments and about 30 to 40 people live there. These people come with their own cars and always block the entry of the road. Recently they broke one of the main pipe, resulting in my entire yard flooded. And constantly I have to live in these situations where new people keep coming in who make a lot of noise, etc. I am not against people making apartments in their own land, however I am against having to deal with the problems that come about with the overpopulation of a small neighborhood. I write this letter with the intention of whoever is in charge of the land, such as the government, police or GEBE to try and control this because if this is not controlled this could cause other people to also follow, resulting in chaos. I thank you for your attention to read this letter, I am only a neighbor who wishes to live in peace. I have tried to talk amicably to the owner but he seems to pay no attention, which is why I am writing this letter hoping that you can find a solution.
