Study Financing applications submission extended for 2 weeks.

Philipsburg (DCOMM):--- The Study Financing Division of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports will be extending the submission period of the study financing application forms for the school year 2013 until January 15, 2013.

Irene E. Gaari-Arrindell, acting division Head of Study Financing, said that persons who have already submitted their forms are also reminded to submit the remainder of documents by January 15, 2013.

Application forms must be submitted during working hours from 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. at the Division Study Financing, N. de Brot street nr. 3, Vlaun's Building, 2nd floor, (opposite the Post Office) in Philipsburg.

Mrs. Gaari-Arrindell indicated that after the abovementioned deadline date no new application forms will be accepted.

The following documents must be submitted along with your application form:

  1. Two (2) recent passport pictures
  2. An Original Birth Certificate. (If the applicant was born outside of the Netherlands Antilles, the original birth certificate must have the apostille stamp).
  3. Proof of Dutch Nationality (A document from the Census Office)
  4. A copy of Passport page with relevant information
  5. Proof of registration at the Census office.
  6. A valid health certificate
  7. One (1) copy of filed tax forms supporting parental income from the previous year.
  8. Recent grades/report card.
  9. Proof of admittance to institution (This document is required before any funds will be disbursed).
