Philipsburg:--- President of the Windward Islands Teachers Union (WITU) Claire Elshot issued a call to all interested persons to postulate for the various positions that are available on the WITU board. Elshot said WITU will be holding its election on January 31st and she will be a candidate for the position of the President. Persons wishing to postulate can either contact Elshot by phone or by email.
