Philipsburg:--- To be able to revamp their youth and fiction (novels) department, the Philipsburg Jubilee Library received a grant of Naf 150,000.00 from funding agency Cooperating Foundations of the Dutch Caribbean. The library will use the funds to install better signs and new shelves to make it easier and more attractive for kids and youths to select their desired books. They will further enhance the meeting function of the library by creating more sitting areas with comfortable chairs and beanbags. The library is looking for additional funding to refurbish the rest of the library.
