PHILIPSBURG:--- The three presidents of parliament, namely Presidents of Parliament of Aruba drs. Pauldrick (Paul) Croes, of Curacao drs. Marcolino (Mike) Franco visited the country earlier this week where they met with President Hon. drs. Rodolphe Samuel.
During this meeting a variety of subjects will be discussed such as the upcoming Inter-parliamentary Kingdom Consultation that will take place in The Hague from March 5-8; the 200 years existence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the establishment of regular consultations between the Parliaments of Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten as well as cooperation on committee level between the Parliaments.
At the end of the visit there was a gift exchange.
