Philipsburg:--- The Police Department has recently received numerous complaints of stray dogs roaming the streets in Philipsburg and surrounding areas. In many of these complaints the dogs attacked persons while walking on Boardwalk in the evening and the early morning hours. The police is informing all dog owners to have their dogs fenced in or tied and not have them roaming the streets. The Police Department is in talks with the competent departments to tackle this escalating problem.
