Philipsburg:--- The president of the Philipsburg Mutual Improvement Association (PMIA) Glenderlin Davis Holiday with project coordinator Clayton Holiday and board member Marsha Thomas presented a set of seven booklets that were prepared by the PMIA to Prime Minister Sarah Wescot Williams. President of the PMIA Davis Holiday said that there were a number of speakers who gave lectures for the memorial of L.B. Scot.
Davis Holiday said the lectures have been taking place for the past eleven years, all of which are in the booklet. The seven booklets were for the seven members of the Council of Ministers.
