Philipsburg:--- Relatives of Troy Mills, a volunteer of the Red Cross is calling on the community of St. Maarten to locate his whereabouts and to contact them or the police if they have any information regarding Mills.
Jessica Jones, a cousin of the missing man said that Mills was last seen on Friday on the boardwalk during the Heineken Regatta festivities and ever since then no one has seen him again. Jones told SMN News on Monday that she was contacted by the daughter of an old man that Mills takes care of in Betty's Estate on Saturday and Sunday when Mills did not show up to stay with her father. Jones said one Jessica Cannegieter called the Red Cross and other places in search of Mills over the weekend to no avail. She said Cannegieter was supposed to file an official complaint with the Police on Monday morning but she was not sure if that was done. Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson said he was not aware of any missing person's report filed on Monday.
