Pond Island:--- TelEm Group is inviting staff and members of the general public to join in a fun Taebo workout at the Lion's Health Fair Saturday morning.
During the same Health Fair last year, TelEm Group had scores of visitors sweating to a rousing Zumba exercise workout, during which Prime Minister Sarah Wescot-Williams was an enthusiastic participant.
This time around, TelEm Group will be highlighting the benefits of a Taebo workout – made popular the world over by Taebo champ, Billy Blank.
"We have our own Billy Blank in the form of our new Outside Plant Manager, Marco London who will get the Taebo session rolling at the Lion's Health Fair Saturday", said coordinators Angel Richardson and Cheryl Rismay.
Marco is a former St. Maarten kick-boxing champion with many moves (under his belt) to raise cardio levels and get visitors to the health on the road to healthy exercise practices.
"It was great fun last year and we expect it to be a Taebo blast this time," said Cheryl.
This year's event is also special to TelEm Group because it is being renamed the Rudy Hoeve Health Fair after the late TelEm Group Supervisory Board Chairman, Mr. Rudy Hoeve.
The Taebo class begins at 10:00 am sharp and TelEm Group has once again invited the Prime Minister to attend the exercise session if her time permits.
A limited number of T-shirts are available for those who turn out early for the class, otherwise participants are requested to turn out in RED – ready to Taebo.
