Pond Island:--- TelEm Group is thanking all visitors to last Saturday's Rudy Hoeve Health and Wellness Fair who joined company staff and friends to a fun Taebo workout given by former world kick-boxing champion, Marco London.
The workout is the first public duty for Marco, who is the new Outside Plant Manager at TelEm Group.
"The sun was already hot at that time of the morning and everyone got into the spirit of the workout to improve their health," said Marco after the grueling session.
On behalf of TelEm Group, Marco expressed his thanks to everyone who took part in the workout and the Lions Club for their continued focus on keeping the wider community healthy and well.
