Philipsburg:--- Minister of Finance Roland Tuitt announced on Wednesday at the Council of Ministers' weekly press briefing that the 2013 budget debate will begin in the House of Parliament on April 8th, 2013. Tuitt said the budget is already at Parliament and there are certain procedures they are trying to reach an agreement on so that the process can be simplified and without hiccups. Tuitt said that the Parliament of St. Maarten placed the budget on the internet so that the people of St. Maarten can have access to it.
