Philipsburg:--- Heineken, Chippie, Johnnie Walker Black, and Cuchi's Promotions have teamed up to bring Latin Night 2013 to St. Maarten Carnival. These brands are supporters of carnival in many ways and have now also signed on to support Latin Night, which is organized this year by Cuchi's promotions.
This years show will bring headlining artist Daddy Yankee to perform in the Festival Village on Friday, April 26th. Carnival goers will be also be entertained by Bachata artist Teodoro Reyes, who has the somewhat unusual distinction of being blind. In addition, the Dreams Band will be performing, making the evening a night of star-powered performances.
"We are proud to team up to bring Daddy Yankee to the island. His performance we know will be one of the Highlights of a truly Spectacular Carnival." says John Leone, commercial Director of International Liquors and
Tobacco, local distributor of Heineken and Johnnie Walker. "Look out for supermarket offers for Latin Night in the weeks leading carnival. They will offer reduced ticket rates combined with great product offers" Leone added.
"Visitors to the show can expect a great performance from all of the artists. They are thorough professionals and also are fresh performers to the island in the sense that that none of the artists has performed on St.
Maarten before!" said Francois 'Cuchi" Hunt of Cuchi's Promotions. "We are proud to bring top-of-the-line artists to Latin Night this year and are proud to have these premium sponsors on board as partners. Tickets will be in high demand, so I urge the public to buy their ticket early because they are expected to sell out early" Hunt continues. Tickets will go on sale later this week and are available at both Cuchi's Barber Shop locations, all 3 UTS stores and are also available at Van Dorp.
"We're thrilled to be on-board again for this years Latin Night. It promises to be an unforgettable night which is guaranteed to bring out quite a crowd, both local and visitors from abroad." says UTS Marketing and Communications Officer Ivy Lambert " We are also going to be bringing special offers for Latin Night in combination with Chippie products and services in the coming Weeks. Just as with the regular tickets, supplies are limited, so we cannot emphasize enough that anyone wanting to make use of our offers should do so as soon as they are available." Lambert continues.
Latin Night is on the carnival schedule for Friday, April 26th at the Festival Village and will feature Dreams Band, Teodoro Reyes and Daddy Yankee.
