Grand Case:--- Préfet Philippe Chopin and Préfet of Guadeloupe Marcelle Pierrot escorted French Minister of Overseas Territories Victorin Lurel to a waiting car shortly after his arrival at Grand Case Airport Monday morning for his official visit. He was greeted by elected officials and a welcoming committee from the Socialist Party on St. Martin. The Minister met with President Aline Hanson and the Territorial Council before visiting the new media library and other projects during the day. He is due to visit St. Barths on Tuesday.
