Philipsburg:--- The St. Maarten Lions Club is finalizing plans for the annual Car Raffle which will be drawn next week Wednesday June 12th, live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 115 (TV15) at 9pm sharp. The first prize for this fundraising raffle is 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Second prize is a 42 inch flat screen TV and third prize is an iPhone 4S.
Each raffle ticket is $10 and is available from any Lions member, this coming weekend on Saturday & Sunday at Le Grand Marche Cul De Sac. Tickets are also available during this week and next week up to the raffle date at the Lions Den at the Upper Princess Quarter Center on the Sucker Garden Road (next to SOL Gas Station) between 8am to 5:30pm. The Lions Club urges the general public buy their raffle tickets as soon as possible as their are a limited amount of tickets available before the raffle date.
The winning tickets will be drawn from a tombola and the St. Maarten Lions Club will attempt to call the winner of Hyundai Tucson live on the air. All income from the St. Maarten Lions Club raffle go to fund various community projects on the island of St. Maarten.
