Plenary Session of Parliament set to take place on June 24 about position of Chairman of Parliament.

PHILIPSBURG:--- A plenary public session of Parliament is scheduled for June 24 regarding the position of the Chairman of Parliament.

The Plenary Session will be held on Monday, June 24 at 10:00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

This meeting has been requested by Members of Parliament (MP) Hon. Sylvia Meyers, Interim Faction Leader of the United People's party, MP Hon. Roy Marlin, Faction Leader of the Democratic Party, and Independent MP Hon. Romain Laville.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend the parliamentary session.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com, and also via www.sxmparliament.org.
