SIMPSON BAY:--- The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams, joined by the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports the Honorable Patricia Lourens wished Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary the Honorable Josiane Fleming-Artsen a Bon Voyage at the Princess Juliana International Airport on Sunday. The Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary is accompanying the students to the Netherlands where she will be taking up her post as Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary.
