Fatum Insurances Rebranded to “Guardian Group”.

guardiangroupsignunveiling23082013CUL DE SAC:--- Residents, insurance policy holders, and the general public will have to get use to the new name of Fatum Insurances that is located across from the Le Grand Marche. Several insurance brokers and business people from within the community joined the staff of Fatum and the executives of Guardian Group in the historic rebranding ceremony and cocktail party. Among the invited guests was Minister of VROMI Maurice Lake. The other politicians and Members of Parliament that were invited to the ceremony did not show up.

The staff and executives of Fatum enjoyed what they termed as a historic moment when they unveiled the new sign with the new name "Guardian Group". Fatum Insurances is one the branches of Guardian Group that is servicing several of the Caribbean countries including Trinidad, Jamaica, the Dutch Caribbean, and just last year the Netherlands. Their intention is to move through the European market. Fatum has been doing business on St. Maarten for the past 107 years under the same name but the mother company has decided that they have to bring all their branches under the same umbrella in order to better market themselves in the outer world. In the year 2003, Guardian Group bought Fatum from ING. According to the Guardian Group executives, the Guardian Group has been one of the leading financial and insurance conglomerates in the Caribbean basin. The executives said that even though Guardian Group is doing business throughout the Caribbean, they are operating under different names. Guardian Group just purchased the Royal and Sun Alliance in the ABC islands which they will integrate in Guardian Group.

One of the intentions of Guardian Group is to introduce e-technology and beef up their good corporate citizens.
