PHILIPSBURG:--- The Central Committee of Parliament will meet September 03 to discuss the Penal and Civil Codes with Minister of Justice Hon. Dennis Richardson.
The committee will meet on Tuesday at 2:00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
The seven point agenda for the meeting will deal with national ordinances that cover Inheritance and Legacies; Revision Common Law Marriage; Rent or Leasing; Provisions for the Sale of Property and Assets; Sale of Property and Acceptance/Contacting of Work.
Provisions to Protect Consumers, particularly on Telesales Contracts and Warranties; Sole Proprietorship; Implementation Centralized Registration Child Abuse.
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
