PHILIPSBURG:--- The Windward Islands Bank Ltd. gave a donation to the "I Too Can Learn Foundation (I.T.C.L)" to assist with the startup of their Educational Center. The foundation's goal is to enhance the quality of life for challenged children. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Downs Syndrome (DS), and Learning Disabilities (LD) will be catered to at the Education Center.
Mr. Alfred de Windt, Assistant Managing Director at WIB in presenting the donation, lauded the efforts of the foundation and underscored the need for all children, whether challenged or not, to benefit from a good education.
