PHILIPSBURG:--- President of Parliament Hon. Gracita Arrindell departs Panama on Wednesday after attending an Executive Committee meeting of the Latin American Parliament (Parlatino). The meeting started on Sunday and concluded on Tuesday. Arrindell said a number of issues were discussed including the official opening of the Permanent Headquarters of Parlatino in Panama City in October.
